Over the past 42 years, Wayne has used his professional experience and art endeavors to support local park districts and non- profit organizations in NE Ohio.

The past 12 years he has directed substantial effort towards creating one of the newest County Park Systems in Ohio, the Carroll County Park District. Wayne has served as president of the board focusing on park facility development, funding and land acquisition.
