Honored that "View From Down Under" has been selected into the 2024 KY National Wildlife Art Exhibit The Ohio Valley Art League Preston Arts Center - Henderson, KY. October 05 – November 29, 2024 This artwork depicts an underwater scene featuring a crocodile or alligator partially submerged in water. The reptile's head is prominent and detailed, with its body extending into the background. Surrounding the creature are various fish and aquatic plants, rendered with a dynamic mix of greens, blues, and earthy tones, adding to the vibrant, natural setting. The painting uses a combination of brushstrokes and textures to create a sense of movement and depth within the water, enhancing the realism and immersive quality of the scene. Pleased to announce “View from Down Under” has been selected for a merit award in the 2024 Kentucky National Wildlife Art Exhibit

Pleased to announce that this Plein Air "Anastasia State Park" received Merit award from Lakeland Artists Association on display at RP Convention Center Lakeland Florida. The artwork is a landscape painting depicting a natural scene dominated by trees and a path. The central focus is on a pathway that leads through a forested area with lush green foliage. Prominent in the foreground are twisted, gnarled tree branches, adding a dynamic and somewhat whimsical element to the scene. The sky in the background is a bright, clear blue, providing a striking contrast to the deep greens and earth tones of the trees and path. The painting is framed in a dark frame that enhances the vividness of the colors within the artwork.

Happy to announce "Yearling" 5x7 pencil was awarded "Artistic Recognition" in Art and Color 365 Drawing competition.
